Please check your spam or junk folder for our emails if you did not receive them. There are no refunds for streaming tickets after viewing any stream/show. If you have any problems accessing the live stream, email hello@hackamania.com with your purchase details (name, email, date, time, access code) and we will provide support ASAP. Any unauthorized rebroadcast of Hackamania shows or streams will result in revocation of your streaming ticket without refund.
